MEMBERSHIP TYPES

Membership in the League is annual. You may join as an individual, household or student. Household memberships include discounted dues for a second member who resides at the same address such as a spouse, partner, child, parent or roommate. 

If you are renewing a membership, please log-in to see the renewal screen. 

Individual - $54

Household - $54 (primary) + $27 (second household member) = $81.

Student - $5

You will also have the option of making a donation to the League by joining or renewing at different levels:

 Individual Supporter - $75
Individual Patron - $100
Individual Benefactor - $150

Membership dues and contributions to LWV-Bay Area, 501(c)(3) organization, are tax deductible.

Know that your membership dues add to our grassroots strength and our financial resources at the local, state and national levels.

PAYMENT METHODS

LWV-Bay Area uses PayPal to process credit, debit, and PayPal transactions. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Discover. You will have the option of donating the small processing fee that PayPal charges us for their transactions. 

If you join/renew online and prefer to pay by check, please make the check out to “LWV-Bay Area” and mail it to LWV-Bay Area, 2212 Gemini Street, Houston, TX 77058. New members will not have access to the Members Logon until payment has cleared. 

TIPS FOR CLUB EXPRESS

LWV-Bay Area began using Club Express in October, 2021 to host our new website, automate membership sign-ups, manage the event calendar, organize volunteering opportunities and track donations. A few tips:

• Current Members – You will need to log in to renew your membership.
• When you join/renew, you will receive two emails from Club Express.  
• A signup or renewal confirmation email.
• A payment confirmation email after the payment has processed. The signup confirmation email will include a temporary username and password. You can change both the username and password to something you will remember the first time you log on. If you sign up as a household, your secondary member will get an email with his/her own username and password.
• All members should log on every time they interact with the LWV-Bay Area website. Only by logging in can you see the Membership Directory and have your contact information prefilled when registering for an event, signing up to volunteer or making a donation.
• Forgot your username or password? Contact ClubExpress by phone at (866) HLP-CLUB (457-2582) on weekdays 6:30am – 9:00 CT to talk to a live person or email at support@clubexpress.com anytime. They are helpful, friendly and patient.
